so god is aspiring to new levels of assholery, what else did lucifer tell you? what did he want in exchange for returning us to alice? there has to be a catch

There was no catch. He is done with it all. Done with his father. He does not believe in our torture. He does not know whether to believe in God's promise that we'd be freed once we work off our sins.

there's always a catch. he may not believe in our torture but he had no problems executing it -- and if he can't trust god, i don't see why we should.

I do not trust any of them. I trust you and Waverly. And Elena. Jon. Faith. Raymond. That's about it.

my list is about as long, with the additions of dean and homelander. and sara.

(a lot of the people who would have been on her list before have left hell. she tries not to linger on it, even though it hurts.)

he is. he's one of my best friends here.

to be fair, i have been here longer. and i've never really had a lot of friends before this. it's a little sad when you're more popular in hell than home but i try not to dwell on it. elena is good people though -- and a surprisingly scrappy fighter.

she and jon helped me take down some demons while waverly was in isolation

(wynonna may have gone a little wynonna on things.)

and i know. i wasn't trying to fish for a pep talk, just merely stating the weird facts.

Barbas' demons? Did they bring with it any complications or torture, Wynonna?

amazingly, no. some of the demons jon and elena saved, and some of the incubi and succubi i befriended, helped us get out, even if we had to hide out in a room for a day so people thought we were being punished.

(they had gotten pretty beaten up but elena was able to heal the worst of it.)

did you take them down or did you save them?

the ones who helped us were ones still loyal to lucifer, so no, i didn't take them down, but they did help us because we had helped them in the past.

I am confused with the timeline, but it sounds like you, Jon and Elena have found new friends.

[middlefinger]

the timeline is this: before this, jon and elena saved some demons from the veiled order. i also started befriending them. then, when waverly went missing i got into a fight with some other demons, and elena and jon helped me, we would have been punished by the demons we previously helped stepped in and pretended like they would take over punishing us, but instead we just had to chill out in a room for a day.

so yes. i suppose you could say we made new friends.

right. I was not aware waverly had been missing. the gym teacher did not have any ties. has waverly returned?

she has, but she's not in great shape. fitz's free lucifer plan went badly and waverly was among those punished for it.

I do not think any of us are in great shape. I will be paying her a visit. is there anything you need?
